Shelly's Recipe

*CRABMEAT APPETIZERS*

1/2 stick softened butter
1 5-oz jar Old English Cheese
1 7-oz can crabmeat
1/2 tsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp garlic powder
6 English muffins, split

Blend the first 6 ingredients. Spread on English muffin halves.

Freeze the halves on a cookie sheet, then cut each muffin half into 4 wedges while still frozen. Store in freezer bag until ready to use (use as many or as little as you want and keep the rest frozen).

Place on a cookie sheet and broil for a short time, until they bubble and get a little brown. Serve hot. Makes about 50 wedges (3 per person). Serves 16
