SPICYTHAI MARINADE

1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
I /4 cup oyster sauce
I tablespoon firmly packed brown sugar
I tablespoons minced garlic
I tablespoon minced ginger
l /2 to I teaspoon Asian red chili paste
2 tablespoons minced cilantro
2 tablespoons minced green onion
In a large bowl mix together soy, fish sauce, sugar garlic, ginger, and chili paste until well blended. Add chicken or fish, cover and chill at least 30 minutes or up to one day. Tum occasionally to coat evenly. Drain meat and discard marinade. Grill over medium heat until cooked through. Sprinkle with cilantro and onion as garnish.
