1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar and lemon juice
1 tsp onion powder and salt
1/2 tsp garlic power
1 1/2 lb lean, tender steak, cut into 1 inch pieces
Combine marinade ingredients in a resealable bag and add beef. Marinate at least 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Discard marinade and remove onions and grill separately from steaks over medium hot coals. Turn steaks once or twice.
