MUSHROOMS STUFFED WITH BACON, BASIL AND CHEDDAR

2 tbsp melted butter
24 large mushrooms, stemmed
1/4 lb bacon cook, chopped
1/4 cup bread crumbs, cheddar cheese and mayonnaise
4 tbsp chopped basil
Salt and pepper
3 scallions, minced

Dip mushroom caps into melted butter. Mix together next 4 ingredients. Stuff into mushroom caps. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 400 until cheese is melted and mushrooms are tender.
