MUSHROOM FILLED WITH CREAM CHEESE AND CHIVES

1 lb large mushrooms, stems removed
1/2 cup bread crumbs, grated Swiss and Parmesan cheese
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese and chives, room temperature
Additional grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp minced parsley
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup cream, approximately
Paprika
Preheat oven to 350. Brush tops of mushrooms with melted butter; place them on a cookie sheet.
Combine next 7 ingredients. Add enough cream to bind the mixture together. Mound the filling into mushroom caps and sprinkle top with paprika and grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese has melted and top is beginning to brown. Serve at once.
