24 large mushrooms, stems removed and chopped
1/2 cup salsa, drained well of all liquid
1 cup grated cheddar and Monterey jack cheeses
2 tbsp sour cream

Preheat broiler. Wipe mushrooms clean. Mix minced stems with remaining ingredients and stuff caps with mixture, piling on top. Broil until cheese bubbles and is golden.
