BREAD COATED PORK CHOPS

1 2/3 cup cornbread stuffing mix
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
2 tbsp butter, melted and cooled
1 can cream of mushroom soup
6 pork chops, 3/4 - 1 inch thick and trimmed of fat
In a plastic bag, combine stuffing mix and red pepper; mix well. Drizzle butter over stuffing mixture In bag, mix well. Pour soup in a shallow mixing bowl. Dip chops into soup and coat with crumb mixture. Place coated chops in an ungreased baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 45-60 minutes. Serves 6
