SAUSAGE AND SCALLOPED POTATO BAKE - Crock pot

Category: Sausage

2 1/2 lbs potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 lb smoked sausage, sliced 1/2 inch thick
2 onions, chopped or 5 green onions, sliced
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can cream of celery soup
Pepper and garlic powder, to taste

Layer into thirds the first 4 ingredients. Repeat layers two more times and season with pepper and garlic powder between layers. Top with the celery soup. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH for 4-5 hours.
