Marinade for each steak
2 tbsp oil, brown sugar and vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce and honey
1 1/2 tsp ginger
Pinch garlic powder
Mix together and score steak on both sides. Marinate in sauce 8-10 hours. Grill steak 6-8 minutes per side
