CHEESY APPETIZER SQUARES

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 pkg hot roll mix
1 egg
1 (4 oz) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tbsp minced onion
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¾ cup hot tap water
1 ½ cup pizza sauce
1/3 cup minced green pepper
4 ripe olives, sliced

Grease a jelly-roll pan. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast from hot roll mix in hot tap water. Mix in egg. Add hot roll mix, blend well. Pat dough into prepared pan, forming a ¼” rim around the edge. Cover; let rest 15 minutes.

In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients and spread over dough. Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 for 25-35 minutes or until edges are deeply golden. Cut into squares.
