Kentucky Bourbon BBQ Sauce

2 cups ketchup
½ cup light molasses
1/3 cup Bourbon
¼ cup spicy mustard
¼ cup hot pepper sauce
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp paprika
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp onion powder


Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat (lightly cover as this stuff splatters!) Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 20 minutes. Use on chicken, ribs, etc.
