Chocolate Malibu Rum Cake

1/2 cup water
1 package devils food cake mix
1/2 cup oil
1 small pkg chocolate instant pudding
1/2 cup Malibu rum
4 eggs
1 tsp coconut extract
1 bag mini Mounds bars
Grease a bundt pan. Mix water, cake mix, oil, pudding mix, and rum. Beat until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time. Pour half of batter into pan, place Mounds bars in the center of batter, trying not to touch edges of pan with candy. Pour on remaining batter. Bake 1 hour in a preheated 325 degree oven. Cool for 10 minutes, pierce with fork and pour sauce over cake. Cool in pan. If desired, pour a little more rum on cake before inverting.
