1 (16 oz) pkg frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz) carton spreadable garden vegetable cream cheese
1 cup seasoned croutons
Prepare vegetables according to package directions. Drain and place in a large bowl. Stir in soup and cream cheese. Transfer to a 1 quart baking dish and sprinkle with croutons. Bake, uncovered, at 375, for 35 minute or until bubbly.
