HOLIDAY CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL

4 oz Prosecco or other champagne
1 tsp orange liqueur -- Triple sec or Grand Marnier
A splash of cranberry juice
Juice from 1/2 of a lime
Orange peel for garnish

Make orange peels ahead of time.

Cover and refrigerate.

Just before your guests arrive, place garnish in champagne flutes or wine glasses.

Add juices and Triple Sec.

As each guest arrives, pour chilled champagne into a glass and serve.

Yield: 1 serving
