CREME DE BRIE RASPBERRY TRIANGLES

1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
2 (5 oz) pkg Creme de Brie
1/4 cup high quality seedless raspberry preserves
1/4 cup sliced almonds

Preheat oven to 375. Roll out pastry to a 10 inch square. Place pastry on a lightly greased baking sheet. Spread 1 pkg Brie on pastry to within 1/2 inch of edges. Bake 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden.

Immediately spread remaining Creme de Brie on pastry. Drop tspfuls of raspberry preserves on top of brie and create a marbelized pattern by gently swirling preserves and brie with the back of a spoon. (Tip: For a professional look, put preserves in a plastic squeeze bottle, pipe lines on top of brie and swirl.). Sprinkle with sliced almonds. Cut into triangles and serve warm.
