Cake:
1 yellow cake mix
3 egg whites
1 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
1 cup orange juice
1/3 cup sour cream
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp allspice
Glaze:
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
Water
Preheat oven to 350. Mix together all the cake ingredients together 2-3 minutes. Pour into a greased-and-floured bundt pan. Bake 35-40 minutes.
While hot, invert cake onto serving platter. Mix powdered sugar and vanilla, and gradually add water a tbsp at a time until it reaches desired consistency; drizzle over cake. Cool.
