1 lb of asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-2 1/2 inch pieces
1 (8 oz) pkg of button mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup Zesty Italian dressing
1/4 cup Parmesan, shredded (or more to taste)

Marinate asparagus and mushrooms in dressing in a freezer bag for a minimum of 20 minutes. Turn occasionally to coat evenly. Stir fry mushrooms and asparagus until crisp tender. When done, remove to serving plate and sprinkle with Parmesan.
