THREE CHEESE & BACON STUFFED PORK CHOPS

4-6 (1 inch) boneless pork chops
1/2 cup grated fresh natural mozzarella
1/2 cup grated fresh natural cheddar
1/4 cup grated fresh natural parmesan
8-10 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1 pkg corn bread stuffing mix

Pan-fry the pork chops until brown on both sides, about 4 minutes per side. Note: chops will NOT be done in the center. Cut a slit in the side of the chops to form a stuffing pocket. Mix the cheeses, bacon, and corn bread together in a mixing bowl. Stuff each chop pocket with the mixture, closing with toothpicks. Lay the chops in a greased baking dish. If any additional mixture is left over, you can sprinkle it on the top of the chops. Bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes or until the chops.
