RICH N TANGY CHOCOLATE BUNDT CAKE

1/3 cup sugar and brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 large banana, mashed
1 cup unfed sourdough starter
1 cup skim milk
1 tbsp vanilla
3 oz melted bittersweet chocolate
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
2 cups flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder, sifted

Preheat oven to 350, grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan. Cream sugars and butter until fluffy. Add mashed banana and beat well. Mix in starter, milk, vanilla and melted chocolate. Beat two minutes. Whisk together all the dry ingredients and mix into batter until fully incorporated. Bake until a tester comes out clean, 50-60 minutes. Cool in pan before turning out onto a rack.
