3 cans cream of potato soup and cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2 cups milk
1 (14 1/2 oz) can chicken broth
1 (11 oz) Mexicorn, drained
1 (10 oz) pkg ready-to-serve roasted chicken breast strips, chopped
1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies
3 (8 inch) flour tortillas, cut into strips
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese or more
Combine first 4 ingredients, stirring frequently. Add corn, chicken and chilies; bring to a boil. Stir in tortilla strips, Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes. Stir in the cheese until melted. If desired, sprinkle additional cheese at serving time. Serves 10
