COUNTRY PASTA WITH MOZZARELLA

8 oz uncooked rigatoni
8 slices crumbled browned bacon
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, garnish
Cook pasta al dente; drain. In the skillet the bacon was browned in, add the broccoli and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until broccoli is slightly tender, about 4-5 minutes. Stir in the cooked pasta and remaining ingredients stirring occasionally until the cheese is melted. Garnish with parsley. Serves 6
