COUNTRY PASTA CHICKEN DI VINCI

16 oz pasta, any type
1 medium red onion, sliced
2 cups broccoli florets
Grated Romano cheese
1 red bell pepper, sliced
3 Italian link sausages, cut in 1/2 inch slices
1 lb chicken breasts, cut in 3/4 inch cubes
10-12 mushroom, quartered
1/4 cup virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt & pepper

Boil Country according to directions on a package . Drain and add half the olive oil. Put remaining olive oil in large skillet on medium -high heat. Saute chicken cubes and Italian sausage for 5 minutes. Add onion, red pepper and mushroom and cook until done . Add minced garlic last 5 minutes . Toss all ingredients together sprinkle with fresh grated Romano cheese and season to taste. Serves 6
