1 (12 inch) Gourmet Pizza Crust
5 Snickers bars (2.07 oz), cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
6 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 large egg
2 1/2 tbsp sour cream
2 1/2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
2 1 oz semi-sweet chocolate baking squares
2 tbsp Half and Half
Garnish:
Whipped topping
8 odd-shaped pieces peanut brittle, if desired
Preheat oven to 325. Line a vented pizza pan with parchment baking paper that has been trimmed so edges will not hang over the pan or touch the oven wall, place crust on the pan. Evenly place candy bar slices around the edges and the center of pizza crust. Set aside.
Beat cream cheese and sugar in medium mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Add egg, sour cream and peanut butter; beat on low speed until smooth. Dollop spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture evenly over candy. Spread to cover completely. Bake for 25 minutes until set. Let cool.
Meanwhile, place chocolate squares and Half and Half in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Spoon melted chocolate mixture into parchment paper cone. Snip off end and drizzle on the chocolate. Refrigerate until chocolate is set. Cut into wedges. Garnish with a whipped cream rosette. Top each rosette with a piece of peanut brittle.
