CHICKEN RICE WALDORF SALAD

1 1/2 cups instant brown rice, prepared as directed
1 cup mayonnaise
1 large red apple, diced
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 cups sliced celery and green grapes, halved

Mix mayonnaise into the prepared rice. Mix apples with lemon juice. Stir into rice mixture with remaining ingredients. Chill. Serves 6
