STUFFED CELERY BITES

1 bunch celery, washed, dried and cut into 1 to 1 1/2 inch lengths
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
2 tbsp sour cream
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
20 to 25 pimento stuffed green olives, chopped
1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce

Mix cream cheese and sour cream together. Stir in nuts, olives and hot pepper sauce. Spread filling onto selery pieces. Place on a serving dish, cover and chill well before serving.
