1 lb tortellini or ravioli, cooked al dente, drained
3/4 cup butter
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms sliced
3 cup fresh broccoli florets
6 minced garlic cloves
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
While pasta is cooking, in a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the remaining ingredients, saute for 5 to 6 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender. Stir in the cooked pasta and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 4 to 5 minutes. Serves 4
NOTES: Just about any fresh or frozen vegetables will work. Also like to add cooked chicken or seafood.
