DILLY CHEESE POTATOES

1 can cream of onion soup
¾ cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ tsp dry dill weed
¼ tsp pepper
4 cups sliced potatoes, about 1 ¼ lbs.
2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
Dried dill weed, for garnish

In a 2-quart casserole dish, combine first 5 ingredients. Add potatoes, stirring well to coat. Cover casserole with lid or plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 10 minutes. Stir to rearrange potato slices. Cover and microwave on high 8-10 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and dust with additional dill weed. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving. Serves 4-5
