1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey and lemon juice
1 tsp cracked pepper and grated lemon rind
4 (6 oz) pork steaks
Combine first 6 ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Grill steaks over medium coals for 4 minutes. Turn steak, cover with sauce and continue to cook an additional 4 minutes. Cover with sauce and serve. Serves 4
