2 tbsp minced onion
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp salt
1 clove garlic, minced
16 cups torn iceberg lettuce
Combine first 6 ingredients in a jar. Cover and shake. Pour over lettuce; toss. Serves 8
