SPINACH AND STRAWBERRY SALAD

Spinach, washed, torn and stems removed
Strawberries, sliced

Dressing
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp dryed mustard and salt
1 cup salad oil
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp poppy seeds
1 1/2 tbsp grated onion or onion juice

Dressing: Combine ingredients and blend until mixture is smooth and thick. Stir in refrigerator, covered. Pour over spinach and strawberries.
