FIRECRACKER BURGERS I

1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup salsa
4 frozen breaded cheddar cheese jalapeno pepper, thawed
1/4 cup guacamole
4 hamburger buns, split and toasted
Lettuce leaves
1/4 cup salsa con queso dip
1/4 cup sliced tomatoes
2 tbsp sliced ripe olives
4 thin sliced sweet olives

In a bowl, combine beef and salsa. Shape into patties. Place a jalapeno in the center of each; wrap beef around and form a ball. Reshape into patties. Grill, covered, over medium-hot coals 7-8 minutes on each side.

Spread guacamole over toasted side of bun tops. On each bun bottom, layer lettuce, burger, dip, tomatoes, olives and onion; replace tops. Serves 4
