FAJITA TORTILLA PIZZA

2 (9 oz) pkg frozen cooked chicken breast strips, thawed
1 1/2 cups frozen bell pepper stir-fry, thawed and well drained
1/4 cup fajita sauce and marinade
6 (8 inch) flour tortillas
3 cups shredded taco seasoned cheese
6 tbsp fajita sauce and marinade

Preheat grill. Spray grill basket with cooking spray. In a medium bowl, combine chicken strips, stir fry and 1/4 cup fajita sauce. Place mixture in basket. Place on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 8-10 minutes, shaking basket for stirring mixture occasionally, until thoroughly blended.

Meanwhile, place tortillas on an ungreased cookie sheets Sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups cheese. With a spatula, carefully slide pizzas on grill. Cover grill; cook 3-6 minutes, rearranging pizzas occasionally, until cheese is melted and crust is crisp. Slide pizzas back onto cookie sheets and cut into wedges.
