PINK LEMONADE STAND WHIPPED CREAM TOPPING

This whipped topping is perfect with fruit desserts, cakes, or ice cream sundaes.

1 cup heavy cream
2 tsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp lemon zest, very finely minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp grenadine syrup

Beat heavy cream, granulated sugar, and very finely minced lemon zest to soft peaks. Add lemon juice grenadine syrup and beat to stiff peaks. (Omit grenadine for regular lemonade whipped cream.) Makes about 2 1/2 cups
