EVERGREEN MINT PUNCH

1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened (and more for scoops)
4 cups milk
1 cup green creme de menthe
Candy canes (optional, for garnish)

In a punch bowl, combine 1/2 gallon ice cream, milk, and creme de menthe; stir until it reaches a pourable consistency.

Make scoops of vanilla ice cream and float on punch.

Serve immediately, garnished with Candy Canes, if desired.

Makes 8 servings
