*PARMESAN POTATO STICKS

2 lbs russet, peeled and cut lengthwise into quarters and then quarters cut into 3 strips
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs and garted parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder and pepper
Extra melted butter to drizzle

Roll potatoes strips in melted butter. Combine remaining ingredients and roll buttered strips in mixture. Place on a cooking sheet and drizzle with melted butter. Baker at 400 for 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
