1/2 cup favorite basil pesto
1/4 lb fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Place cheese in a oven-safe serving dish and bake at 400 for 4-6 minutes or until it begins to melt. Remove from oven and drop pesto by tspfuls over cheese. Top with parmesan cheese and serve with crackers.
