COCKTAIL KIELBASA

1 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced 1/4 inch thick
2 cups ketchup
1 cup packed dark brown sugar
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt
Tabasco sauce

Cook the kielbasa in a large Dutch oven over medium heat until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Add the ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, water, mustard, Worcestershire, and garlic. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and serve immediately or keep warm in a crockpot for up to 4 hours.
