SALMON BUTTER SPREAD

Category: Spreads -- Cold

1 cup butter; softened
8 oz smoked salmon - coarsely chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill or 1 tbsp. dried; dillweed
2 tb minced green onion
1 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 sesame crackers or cocktail rye bread

Combine all ingredients except crackers and bread in medium bowl. Beat with electric mixer until smooth. Serve as an appetizer spread for crackers or cocktail rye bread. Store covered in refrigerator up
to 3 days.

Note: Allow refrigerated spread to soften at room temperature about 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
