1 box yellow cake mix
1 (3 oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1 (8 oz) container sour cream
8 oz German chocolate, grated
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly greast and flour a 13x9 inch cake pan. Mix all ingredients and pour into ban. Bake for 55 minutes.
