* HURRICAN CAKE*

Bottom layer: In a 13x9 inch baking pan, add 1/2 cup melted butter, 1 cup chopped pecans and 1 cup flaked coconut. Spread evenly.

Middle Layer: Mix a German chocolate cake mix according to package directions and pour batter over bottom layer of mixture. Seet aside while making topping.

Top Layer: On low heat, melt 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese and 1/2 cup butter. Gradualy add 1 lb box confectioners sugar until well mix. Spoon mixture over the top of the batter and bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes. Serve right out of pan.
