Shelly's Recipe

*CREAMY STRAWBERRY ANGEL CAKE*

1 prepared angel food cake
1 cup boiling wter
1 small pkg strawberry jello
1/2 cup cold water
1 pint strawberries, sliced
1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Strawberries, for garnish

Pour boiling water in jello; stir until dissolved. Stir in cold water. Refrigerate about 15 minutes until thickened but not set. Fold in strawberries and half the whipped topping. Split cake horizontally to make 3 layers. Fill layers with jello mixture. Spread remaining whipped topping over top. Garnish with strawberries, if desired
