ORANGE DREAMSICLE MOUSSE

Category: Mousse

1 (1/3 oz) box orange gelatin
1 (1 oz) box instant white chocolate pudding mix
1 (8 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8 oz) container fat-free whipped topping

Dissolve the gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Add 1 cup cold water and let set up for 5 minutes. Beat dry pudding mix into the jello until well blended. May have to set up for 5 minutes in refrigerator. Fold in mandarin oranges and whipped topping. Chill either in a bowl or in individual mousse dishes. Serves 4 -6
