PORK CHOPS CASSEROLE

8 pork chops
4 medium potatoes, sliced
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 lb mushrooms, sliced
1/8 tsp pepper
2 medium onions, sliced
2 tbsp parsley
1/4 tsp rosemary
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp buter an dolive oil
1/2 cup white wine
1 bouillon cube in 1 cup water

Combine first 3 ingredients and dust chops. Heat oil and butter in a skillet and brown chops for 4 minutes. Remove from skillet.

In pan, add wine and bouillon mixture. Bring to a boil. Set aside.

Place potatoes on bottom of casserole, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Arrange mushrooms and onions over potatoes. Tops with chops. Pour wine mixture over all and sprinkle with garlic, parsley and rosemary. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 1/4 hours.
