Shelly's Recipe

GLAZED HOLIDAY HAM

1 (5-6 lb) ham
1 cup orange marmalade
1/2 cup tequila
1/4 cup orange liqueur
2 tsp Dijon mustard or beer mustard
1 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ground ginger
4 tbsp lime juice

Rinse ham cunder cold running water and place in a baking pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over ham. Bake at 325 for 3 1/2 to 4 hours, basting occasionally. Let cool for 15-20 minutes before slicing and serving. Serve with Special Sauce.

Special Sauce
1 cup current jelly
1/2 cup Dijon mustard and mayonnaise
1/4 cup tequila

Mix ingredients and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
