FRESH APPLE NUT POUND CAKE

3 cups flour
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1-1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
2 large eggs
2 cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
3 cups fresh diced apples
1 cup pecan pieces

Sift flour, nutmeg, baking soda, cinnamon and salt together then set aside. Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla and oil together then gradually add flour mixture.Fold in apples and pecans then bake in tube pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350.
