ITALIAN CHICKEN OVER ANGEL HAIR PASTA

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
2 tsp parmesan cheese
1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
2 tsp chopped fresh basil
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 lb angel hair pasta, cooked al dente, drained
1 cup peas

Combine chicken and dressing in a resealable bag and marinate for 2 hours. Place chicken and dressing into a casserole dish and bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven.

Combine cheese, bread crumbs and basil. Sprinkle chicken with mixture and return to oven and continue baking until topping is golden.

In a saute pan, heat oil and add cooked pasta and peas. Saute briefly. Place a serving of pasta on a plate and top with chicken breast. Serves 4
