STUFFED MUSHROOMS

24 medium mushrooms, stems removed and chopped
1/4 cup chopped green onions
3 tbsp butter, divided
2 tsp flour
1/2 tsp dried marjoram, crushed
Dash pepper
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup finely chopped cooked ham
1 tbsp chopped parsley

Cook the chopped stems and onion in 1 tbsp butter just until tender. Blend in flour, marjoram and pepper; add wine. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Stir in ham and parsley.

Stuff each cap with mixture and place on a 20x12 inch piece of foil; dot with remaining butter. Fold foil to seal edges and grill on medium heat for 15-20 minutes
