2 cups flour
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup chilled unsalted butter, cut into small cubes
2 large egg yolks

Lemon filling (recipe follows)

Streusel topping (recipe follows)

Powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350. Spray 13x9 inch baking pan with non-stick spray.

Blend flour, sugar and salt in a bowl; with a pastry cutter, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add egg yolks and combine until just mixed in. Press into bottom of pan and bake for about 10 minutes. Remove pan from oven and reduce heat to 325.

Pour lemon filling onto hot crust and bake until filling is set, about 30 minutes.

Sprinkle streusel topping over hot lemon bars and bake at 325 another 25 minutes until golden.

Sprinkle powdered sugar onto bars, let cool and cut into squares.

Lemon filling: Whisk together 6 large eggs and 2 cups sugar. Add 1/2 cup flour and 1 tsp baking powder, whisking to blend. Whisk in 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice, 4 tsp finely grated lemon peel and 2 tbsp Limoncello liqueur.

Streusel topping: Blend 3/4 cup flour, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 tsp salt in small bowl. With pastry cutter, cut in 4 tbsp chilled unsalted butter, cut into cubes, until mixture resembles coarse meal.
