CHICKEN AND MACARONI WITH MUSHROOMS - Crock pot

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup sour cream
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into pieces
1 1/2 cups or more sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 1/3 cups (3 oz) uncooked macaroni

Spray inside of crock pot with cooking spray. Combine ingredients and pour into crock pot. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours. Gently stir just before serving. Serves 4
