*STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM CAKE* - Easy

1 strawberry cake mix plus ingredients on box, made according to pkg directions for a 13x9 inch baking pan
2 (10 oz) pkg frozen sliced strawberries, thawed and pureed in a food processor
1 (4 serving size) pkg instant French Vanilla Pudding mix
1 cup milk
2 (8 oz) containers frozen whipped topping, divided

Make cake according to pkg directions. While still warm, poke holes in the cake and pour the strawberry puree over the cake to allow the cake to absorb the liquid.

Mix pudding mix with milk until thickened and fold in 1 container whipped cream. Spread on top of cake. Cover and refrigerate overnight. When getting ready to serve, spread remaining whipped topping.
